Mike is Golden Freddy.
I know it sounds crazy, but hear me out. In the first game, Game Theory confirmed that the first game is all a dream that Mike is having. But, I think that Mike could be the child bitten in '87. He could have gone into a coma and DIED in the coma, which is why he couldn't have been stuffed in a suit. Mike's soul was attached to the restaurant. The hallucinations of GF (golden Freddy) is Mike.
In the first game, he's trying to tell himself that he is dead and that he should move on. When he refuses, Mike becomes angry and kills himself, ending the game (the coma).
In the second game, Mike's spirit lingers in the restaurant. He is angry and when he sees Jeremy, he attacks him (unless you use the cameras or whatever).
In the third game, there is no GF, only SpringTrap. SpringTrap is the Phone Guy. The Killer. The one responsible. In one of the secret mini games, you play as Golden Freddy and give cake to the Crying Child.
We know that Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy had bodies stuffed into them. But, we play as BB in one of the secret mini games, which means that BB is the fifth child. I'm pretty sure of it. Not sure what Shadow Bonnie means but this explains why GF is a hallucination. No, not a hallucination, a ghost. A ghost who took the form of a golden bear.

This theory has no evidence to support it not to mention the fact that Mike is an adult working in the pizzeria in reality not in a dream.
